Ingredients

  • 1oz. Reposado Tequila
  • 1oz. Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
  • 1oz. Sweetend Coconut Milk
  • 0.25oz. Spiced Demerara Syrup
  • 2 drops Black Pepper Tincture

Instructions

This is an elevated modern (and dairy free) riff on a fabulous classic - the White Russian!

Combine all ingredients in a shaker, hard shake & double strain in to a rocks glass lined with a honey toasted coconut chip rim.

*the spiced demerara is a 2:1 ration of demerara sugar and water cooked down with star anise, cinnamon, black peppercorns, nutmeg, and clove.

*bartender's trick - crush the toasted coconut chips to create smaller bits but maintain the texture and only rim half the glass
