Feel Bitter


  • 2 oz. Sazerac Rye
  • 0.5 oz. Amaro Ramazzotti
  • 1 bsp. Bourbon Cherry Juice
  • 1 bsp. Double Demerara Simple Syrup
  • 5 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
  • Garnish: 1 Bourbon Soaked Cherry


In a double rocks glass combine all ingredients over a large ice cube and stir until chilled. Drop the bourbon soaked cherry in the glass. Enjoy not cleaning any mixing glasses. Desperate times call for bitter measures.
