Tip Me

Mezcal Margarita

  • 1.5 oz. Mezcal
  • 1.0 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz. agave syrup
  • 2 dash orange bitters
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of salt
  • Ice
  • Lime wedge (Garnish)

Add ingrediants to shaker. Ice last. Set the lime wedge aside

Shake well (10seconds)

Double strain (use a tea strainer) or don't (either way it'll be a cocktail)

Rox glass (double old fashioned glass)

Over ice

Garnish with lime wedge

If you have a millennium falcon ice mold laying around toss one of those in there too

PS. If you like a salted rim wipe lime juice or agave syrup on the rim and cover with salt (or sugar, chili salt, salt & pepper)

I prefer kosher salt

I also prefer a half salted rim (half of circumference)

furthermore, if you like a spicy margarita. Soak diced hot peppers (we use habanero) in everclear (100% grain alcohol) for two days (the longer the spicier) to make a tincture. Then strain through a cheese cloth, tea strainer or coffee filter. Spice to tast (2 dash mild, 8 very spicy, whatever blows your hair back)
