The Italian Job

Ingredients

  • 1.5oz. Bourbon
  • .75oz. Mancino Vermouth Chinato
  • .75oz. L'Aperitivo Nonino
  • 3 drops of Bittermens Xocolatl Mole Bitters
  • Orange peel

Instructions

Add all your ingredients into a mixing glass with ice, stir for 15-20 sec.

Strain into a rocks glass with one large ice cube.

Express the essential oils from your orange peel over the top of your cocktail,

holding a little fire in between to add a touch of smokiness (not into the flame? It’s still tasty without).

Rub the peel around the rim of the glass and place into the drink (or don’t, you do you)
