Cristal Clear Negroni


  • 1 oz. Gin (I prefer a London Dry style)
  • 1 oz. Blanc Vermouth (Dolin or Cocchi Americano)
  • 1 oz. Luxardo Bitter Bianco
  • 1 Cristallino Ice Cube
  • 1 Lemon Peel (for garnish)


  1. Bring out the ice cube, and allow to temper at room temperature for 10 minutes or so as you gather the remainder of the ingredients and mix your cocktail.
  2. In a mixing glass, combine gin, blanc vermouth, and bitter bianco. Fill glass halfway with mixing ice, and stir until chilled.
  3. Strain over tempered Cristallino cube in your double old fashioned glass. Express lemon oil from the peel over your drink, and add it to glass. Enjoy!
